    Ceremony marking Southport's donation of ambulances to the Red Cross. Shot of part of ceremony: a bunch of soldiers stand below a balcony; and local VIPs in the balcony. The vicar or priest starts prayer (all the men take hats off) to bless the ambulances; etc. This goes on a while; then ends (hats back on). The Mayor steps forward to speak. Shot looking over the hats of a couple rows of soldiers; of the ambulances - 5 of them - with Red Cross symbol on sides driving past. More of crowd in BG; the balcony dignitaries; etc.
