Camera pans to more people, one of which walks across in front of camera with shirt tied round his neck. LV. Men launching boats on the seashore at the regatta. They launch the boat by rolling it over and over into the sea. CU. Miss Ghana - beauty queen Miss Monica Amekofia. Pan to show crowd being held back from her. GV. Camera pan as the men paddle their boats out to sea. TV. Camera pans with the boys as they run along the shore where a wave comes in and they run through it. GV. Men paddling craft out to sea. SV. Camera pans with tribes chiefs talking under umbrellas at the university. SCU. Camera pans with other chiefs. SV. Princess Marina, Duchess of Kent, arrives at university and comes through doorway dressed in robe accompanied by a master also in robe. GV. People in the stadium performing dances. TV. Dancing continues. SV. Duchess of Kent watching the natives performing. GV. Crowds at night assembled to hear the speech by the Prime Minister Dr Nkrumah Kwame. SV. Prime Minister speaking from platform erected under canopy. GV. Crowds waving. GV. Prime Minister dancing around on the platform at the end of his speech.
