    Hindenburg makes a speech in German thanking people for their greetings. Cut away to man holding placard which reads: "Deutsch die Saar auf immerdar!". CU of Hindenburg speaking. (Speech end abruptly).

    N.B. The Rhineland had recently been removed from occupation by foreign powers.
