    M/S of Adolf Hitler and senior officers inspecting sailors of German Navy on quayside. He gives the men a Nazi salute. Various shots Germany's new fleet of battleships, battle cruisers, submarines sailing out to sea. Sailors stand to attention on deck. A fleet of seaplanes fly overhead. Narrator explains that new ships have been named after vessels in World War One fleet. Each new ship has plaque with names of battles her namesake fought in.
