Swimming competition between West Germany and Great Britain is about to start. GV. British and German swimming teams lined up on edge of pool in Hildesheim. SV. Crowd sitting around the pool. SV. The start of the 200 metres crawl race for men - won by Williams of Great Britain. Four swimmers dive in at the start and hit the water, camera pans with them half way up the pool, Williams of Britain and Bleeker of Germany in the lead. SV.
