    The race was held on 14 May 1961.

    The event is being held on the Hockenheimring circuit.

    "Kunimitso Takahashi" in text and tags should read Kunimitsu Takahashi.

    "Deubel" is Max Deubel.

    "Horner" is Emil Horner.
