Various shots of people beside what I presume are kilns. Coal or wood is loaded into sacks and weighed. A woman gets coal from yard it is weighed and dropped into handcart. Looks as if she pays with some kind of voucher. The coal (?) is shaped into strange oval briquettes. C/U a baby in a pram.
