    Intertitle: "Irish Loyalist demonstration outside the House (of Parliament) during debate on Home Rule Bill".

    M/S of a road beside the Houses of Parliament, a line of men wearing placards march at the curb side, horses and carts pass them, it appears to be raining heavily. C/U of the men - the placards contain slogans such as; "DO NOT HAND IRELAND OVER" and "ENGLISHMEN WILL YOU ABANDON IRISH LOYALISTS TO MEN WHO FOUGHT FOR GERMANY". The flow of demonstrators is interrupted when a man pushing a milk cart comes out of the gates to the House. C/U of two Irish Loyalist demonstrators. More shots of the demonstrators walking in the street, cars, pedestrians and horses pass them by (good general street scenes).
