• Short Summary

Scottish variety act, the Geddes Brothers, show off their musical and comic talents.

  • Description

Story featuring the comic and musical talents of the Geddes Brothers. Part of the WAIT FOR IT! issue.

Probably filmed in Pathe Studios, London.

The two comics come onto stage playing a rough approximation of traditional Scottish music - one of them breaks off into a little dance.

After a few comic turns and falls they play a tune on a saw, played with a violin bow accompanied by a zither.

They then play another tune - one on a ukulele, the other pulling on strings of bells. He dances behind the bells as he pulls. They then play 'Auld Lang Syne" in similar fashion.

Music may be: Scottish Traditional and 'Harbour Lights' by P. Maurice.
