Alcoa Banner(built 1919) was scuttled on the 25.05.1946 as a part of the American operation Davy Jones Locker 2. The coordinates given at the time of the sinking was 58°18.07N, 09°36.05E, but she is likely to be the wreck located at 58°19.081N 09°37.734E.
Norwegian authorities are still carrying out a project on registering and identifying these dangerous wrecks, which lies within Norwegian waters.
