Amendment October 2011: A visitor to the site has provided additional information on this clip. The location is the Brooklands race track and it would have been filmed between Sept 1939 and the day Brooklands was bombed on 4/9/40. The gas-powered car might be a Morris and is seen driving up Test Hill, around Members' Banking, along the Railway Straight, on the Finishing Straight and parked at several places in the Paddock.
