    Intertitle reads: Sir Frederick Sykes, Governor of Bombay, gives British view. Pictures taken on Canadian Pacific world cruise of 'Empress of Britain'.

    CU Sir Frederick, wearing a pith helmet, he says that the real voice of the people of India is expressed by the Government. They stand for equal rights for all creeds, castes and communities.
