• Short Summary

M K Gandhi meets Charlie Chaplin in London's East End.

  • Description

Unused / unissued material - no paperwork - dates unclear or unknown.

French title reads: "Gandhi Et Charlot. Londres. Qui aurait pu supposer que deux Personnalities d'ordre aussi different se seraient rencontrees. C'est pourtant ce qui est advenu suivant (rest obscured by T/C)."

Car pulls up outside building in London's End End. Crowds have gathered outside a house (where Mohandas K Gandhi is staying). A figure, just recognisable as Charlie Chaplin gets out and walks through the crowd to the house.

Chaplin waves from the first floor window along this members of the Mahatma's delegation - one shot possibly shows the 'great soul' himself.
