    A statue of a woman holding a flag of liberty s unveiled in a square in Brussels. A group are watching the ceremony. Pan down statue and plinth of La Brabaconne.

    Flags are lowered as a choir sings (mute). Presumably they are singing the National Anthem. Hats are replaced by the crowd at the end of the singing.

    LS King Albert of the Belgians and Crown Prince Leopold walk from the covered podium where they have been watching to get into their car. The car drives off.
