Funeral procession through Paris following WW1 - possibly burial of unknown soldier?
Paris, France (?).
Funeral procession of coffins of dead heroes from World War One. Coffins are carried on gun carriage. Some have elaborate decorations with many wreaths & floral tributes, others are covered with French flags & smaller wreaths. The coffins are accompanied by French soldiers, sailors, priests & many civilians, including dignitaries, widows with dark veils & other grieving family members. Could possibly be burial of unknown soldier under Arc de Triomphe?
