  • Short Summary

French (or Belgian?) soldiers eat Christmas pudding.

  • Description

Soldiers (labelled as French but they look Belgian) eating Christmas pudding.

Location of events unknown / unclear.

CU group of men sitting on the grass; tearing into the pudding; stuffing food in their mouths. Some of them are wearing silly paper hats. Pulled back shot same; with more men in background.

One soldier standing; holding a plate with a new pudding; with little flags stuck in it - Union Jack and possibly Belgian flag? He cuts off bits of the pudding and hands it round. After the pudding; the men light cigarettes. Another soldier hands out new packets of cigarettes.
