Inspection of French troops by French officers and VIPs: group walk past troops and small tanks. Group of dignitaries standing on pavement, along with some Germans in long coats and helmets (police?) & a few civilians. French military parade: small groups of drum corps, infantry and cavalry. German mounted policeman with spiked helmet salutes as French go past. VIPs watching. Tanks driving up street.
