Various shots of a military parade in a city square. A British Lysander plane is parked in the square and several military dignitaries salute. Other officials are present - among them is the Right Honourable Alfred Duff Cooper, Ambassador to France. Seems to be presentation of plane to France.

Shots of soldiers marching across the square. It looks like a really miserable, cold and wet day.

Amendment November 2015: A visitor to the site has provided us with the following information:

The Lysander was presented to the French by Viscount Stansgate in January 1946, in the courtyard of the Les Invalides in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. The ceremony was attended by a number of dignitaries and 161 squadron Lysander pilots. The event was organised by wing commander 'Mouse' Fielden.
