    Fernandel\'s comic song \"Ignace\", as featured here, came from his 1937 film of the same name. Maurice Chevalier\'s hit record \"Y\'a d\'la joie\" was also released in 1937. Footage identical or similar to this appears in French Gaumont-Pathé\'s compile for 1937, suggesting that is the year of the clip, not 1938.
