    Full title reads: "FRANCE".

Several shots of the crowds gathered at the river bank (probably Seine in Paris). Several people are moving through the crowds with spread French Tricola - people throwing donations on it. A nicely decorated long carrier boat with signs on it written in French passes the crowds. As it passes, people through the money on it.

There is no mention of this item in the original paperwork. It is possible that it belongs to another issue as a part of the "News in a Nutshell" collection.
