Various shots of crowd scenes in Paris streets. Gendarmes, some on horseback, try to control the situation. The scenes look chaotic but not violent or out of control, some of the demonstrators are more interested in waving at the camera than causing trouble. M/S of a line of gendarmes forcing a crowd back down a street. Various shots of mounted police trying to control the crowd, at one point the horses back away from the crowd - difficult to see exactly what is happening, perhaps missiles are being thrown?
