Various Shots of man driving powerful one man speedboat on water. He sends the boat in various directions and is going at considerable speed. The boat has the number K754 on the side along with a small Union Jack flag painted on. The driver is wearing a life jacket and smooth hat, similar to a flying helmet. The camera is obviously on another boat and runs along side the "Non Sequitur XI" at some points.
Mr Shellan talking to camera standing on jetty. He introduces Mr Charles Harrison, the driver, who is sitting in the boat at the side of the jetty. A mechanic is holding the boat in place.
