Soldiers of the HAC win the March and Shooting Competition for the eighth time.
Full titles read: "For the Eighth Time! - The H.A.C. win stiffest March and Shooting Competition, open to the British Soldier, against pick of 7 Battalions of the Guards, & 7 Battalions of the Territorials."
Various shots show a troop of soldiers marching along a road and field and going through several exercises, including running over a field and dropping onto their stomachs to fire their rifles.
Note: I cannot find any details of what 'HAC' stands for - does anyone know?
