    "Bus coming towards us" - it's a Bristol Lodekka LD.

    "Floodwater outside shops" - the location here is London Road, Wickford. The shops are Maynards haberdashers, The Gresham Cafe and Barbers General Stores. Although the shops are gone, the buildings are still standing as of 2013.
