    Full title missing, according to issue sheet it reads: "'First class soldier of St. Cyr and member of first platoon of France's first Battalion' signal honour conferred on the Prince of Wales during visit to France's Sandhurst".

    Various M/Ss of group of dignitaries under umbrellas entering main door of large hotel. Amongst them is Prince Edward, the Prince of Wales. A woman steps forward to give him a posy of flowers which he passes to one of his aides. More shots Prince and dignitaries coming out of hotel, they pose on steps for photographs.

    Various shots of military parade. The Prince (wearing British army uniform) stands with two French officers. Press photographers take his picture and newsreel cameramen film him as he watches the parade. The French army troops comes to a halt and the Prince inspects the soldiers. M/S French officer carrying large wreath with Prince of Wales' fleur de lys on it. More shots Prince inspecting the troops. L/S Prince and officers standing and saluting in front of war memorial. Various shots Prince saluting as he listens to military band. More shots repeating previous action. More L/Ss Prince inspecting troops. More shots marching past memorial.
