    CU. Oil tank blazing. SCU. Firemen fighting oil blaze (library). GV. A man throws a blazing torch in oil pool. CU. Blazing oil. CU. Fire chief watching. GV. Man with new extinguisher which he sprays on flames and they recede quickly. SC. Blaze nearly out, finally dies. GV. & SV. Oil tank with new device in it. CU. Oil tank with new device in it, flaming torch sets it off and it starts to pour out liquid. It starts to turn, spraying the liquid. GV. Extinguisher in action. GV. Spectators watching. GV. Tank. Man throws in blazing torch and sets it alight. GV. Spectators watching. SV. Tank blazing. The black oil smoke turns to white.
