We Tsai Yen demonstrated ancient Chinese art of finger painting.

C/U Chinese woman mixing paints. As the woman prepares paints her husband lays out paper on table. M/S man picks up two bowls of paint. C/U his hands as he mixes a little water with the paint. He dips his finger in the paint and starts the picture. Various shots of man painting still life picture of flowers using only his fingers. When he is finished, he selects a stamp from a box, dips it in an ink pad and stamps the painting with Chinese letters. M/S man holding up the painting and compares it with the real flowers which are in the foreground.
The man is We Tsai Yen of Singapore, he is practising ancient art of "Tse Hua" (finger painting).
