    Cataloguers Note: Nettlefold studios date back to 1899 three years after the first public showing of a film in great Britain. In 1926 the film studios were purchased by Mr. Archibald Nettlefold, the studios then continued to make films there from 1926 onwards. The studios were still open in the 1950's, until eventually being demolished in 1961.
