"Tour around a large American film studio" - a logo visible at 03:56 tells us that it's the Warner Bros studio.

"Ronald Shiner, Jimmy Edwards and Ted Ray are seen clowning around in a pub" - this is the pub of which Ronald Shiner was the landlord, namely the "Blackboys Inn" at Blackboys in Sussex. (The pub is featured in Pathe clip 136.13).

    "Athene Seyler (?)" - I'm confident that isn't her.

Michael Pertwee, (currently undocumented), is featured in that pub scene, however.

CORRECTION: scrub Michael Pertwee from that last comment, I don't believe it is him now.
