M/S Girl (Jayne) stretching upwards, lowering her hands to her side, she walks away. M/S She stretches out full length on her stomach on a mat - bends her body up into a kneeling position with arms outstretched. M/S Gradually stretches herself into her full length position again, she moves herself into a sitting position with one knee raised and her elbow resting on it. The woman instructs her what to do. C/U Girl flings her arms into the air and stretches her whole body upwards.
M/S. Gently lowers herself back into the original; sitting position, she lies full length on her back then raises her legs up and over her head. C/U and M/S Stretching her legs upwards, then bending them, all the time remains in a vertical position. M/S Lowering herself to the full length position on her back, then with knees bent and arms bent behind her head, she lifts herself up in the form of an arch. M/S In the form of an arch, she lowers herself to the original position.
