Taking time off from the Moscow session of the Foreign Ministers conference, Britain's Foreign Secretary Ernest Bevin, Soviet Foreign Minister Vyacheslav Molotov, French Foreign Minister Georges Bidault, and American Foreign Secretary General George Marshall attend the Russian ballet.
