Various shots of a glassblower giving a demonstration of his work at an exhibition, showing the complete process of making glassware. We then see several shots showing how fibre glass is made from small glass balls (marbles?). The resulting fibre is wound onto spools on a large machine. A woman demonstrates the inflammability of some curtain fabric by running a blowtorch over the material.
