The game was played on 27 April 1968.

The Everton team also includes Gordon West.

The Leeds team also includes Jackie Charlton and Billy Bremner.

"Jim Husband" should really read Jimmy Husband.

"Wilson", currently credited in the shots list as being a Leeds player, is actually the Everton full-back Ray Wilson.

    "Jackson" is Tommy Jackson.

"David Smith", currently credited in the shots list as being an Everton player, was actually the referee of the match!
