Amongst many old cars visible during this clip are:

At 00:01 a Hillman Imp and a Ford Cortina Mark III Estate.

At 01:21, a Ford Transit Mark I ambulance.

At 01:51, a very brief sight of an Austin Allegro.

The Allegro Allegro is particularly helpful, it means the earliest this clip could have been filmed was 1973, enabling you to slightly reduce the clip's current date range.

A slate at the start of the clip tells us that filming was for an edition of Thames Television's "Today" current affairs programme.

At the start you can see a Ford Cortina Mk2 they went on sale on 23 October 1970.

The Transit Mk1 ambulance shown was registered from August 1971 if look near the front bumper under the indicator lights the metal has already started to rust indicating the vehicle is not brand new and at least a few years old.

There is a Renault 5 in the car park they came out in Early 1972
An Austin Allegro in the car park they went on sale in May 1973

But at 1:55 is the best dater a Mk2 Escort passes the Ambulance on the Lexden Road. They were launched in January 1975.

Thefore the video was taken in the mid 1970s and can be dated as such.
