M/S of Dame Anne Loughlin being interviewed by John Parsons, she agrees with equal pay because it means the most efficient person will be hired. Parsons then interviews a van driver called Tyler and a window cleaner called Fred Read who give their opinion. He then interviews Dr. C. E. M. Joad who also agrees with equal pay for equal work because women tend to get ill or married and have children and are not constant workers, so paying them equally with men means the employer will always choose the man because he is more consistent! M/S of women working in a sewing factory.
