    Prince Albert, Duke of York ( future King George VI ), stands by a flag pole in Hyde Park and salutes a troop of sea cadets as they pass. L/S of little girls in white aprons and nurses caps march past the flag pole flying the Union Jack, under which the Prince stands. The girls are followed by a brass band. Good C/U of the Prince saluting, next to him stands a gentleman in a top hat and a scout chief with a white beard. L/S of boy scouts marching across the Park carrying flags - the Union Jack, the red ensign and the cross of St. George.
