He addresses them saying they have to be leader, father and mentor to their men and keep them out of trouble. Various shots of the college. M/S of ceremonial slow march up steps and into college. The traditional finale sees the Adjutant riding up the steps on a cream pony. C/U of Eisenhower saluting.
