    Earl David Beatty (not in uniform) inspects war veterans, including some in wheelchairs. He walks down the steps to the harbour front and climbs into a small motorboat.

    He starts a model yacht race in the boating pool and opens the local golf course by hitting a drive from the first tee. He opens a building, the clubhouse of Fleetwood Golf Club, and walks inside.

    N.B. Earl Beatty was also know as Admiral Beatty.
