This film footage was taken at Kallang Airifeld in Malaya, not in Burma. The fighters shown are Brewster B339D "Buffalos" of 2-Vl.G.V, which was transferred from Dutch territory to Singapore starting on 8-9 December. Five surviving B-339Ds returned to Java via Palembang on 17-18 January. The bombers are Glenn-Martin WH-3 and WH 3As of Vl.G III which transferred from Dutch NEI airfields at the same time.
