The black boy tries to skip but he trips and falls. The Duke laughs and then steps over to speak to the boy. Panning C/U of group of young club members looking very mischievous. Duke amongst the boys as they show him a canoe they are building.

    According to narrator there is a plan to open more London Federation Boys' Clubs. Narrator comments: "The sooner the new clubs are built, the better. More of this and a big part of the teenage problem with cease to exist".
