    DUKE OF KENT'S TOUR

    Lydbrook, Forest of Dean.

    Prince George, Duke of Kent walking with several dignitaries through crowded street in the village of Lydbrook. As he walks, he shakes hands with some people. Men, and some very young boys, working on shifting a huge pit mound to make room for playing fields and gardens. Duke talks to the workers for a while and continues his walk. Duke lays foundation stone for the new retaining wall which is to be built at the base of the mound.
