High angled shot of Duchess, local dignitaries and her husband, the Duke of York (Prince Albert, King George VI). One of the dignitaries official speaks through a microphone, he asks the Duchess to cut the ribbon, marking end of renamed bridge. Duchess cuts ribbon and declares the bridge "free from toll".
