  • Description

Rare stencil colour Pathe Pictorial item.

Begins with nice jokey intertitle: "Charming valleys and dainty dells in the land of long words and complicated spelling." Rheidol Valley, Near Aberystwyth, Wales. Landscape views from high angles of river and valley. Cows graze by the river. A woman, young girl and dog sit on the grass. Waterfalls. A bridge. Rheidol Falls with three women clambering across rocks. The Devil's Bridge and Mynach Falls. Lovely muted colours.

Note: although the can is labelled "Pathetone early colour" the films in this reel are all Pathe Pictorial items, not Pathetone items.
