Shot looking down at one of the racers climbing from rowboat to a long; narrow racing scull; another man in the rowboat helps him w/ the long oars. He rows off.

Note: traditional sculling prize for Thames watermen; the race was founded in 1715 by Irish actor Thomas Doggett and is run every August 1.
