Despite the title card, it seems that this lady's name was Keriman Halis, (not Ahalis).
The competition she is seen winning here was the snappily titled "International Pageant of Pulchritude". The date of the contest was 31 July 1932.
Ms Halis died in 1912, just short of her 99th birthday. Here's some more information on her......

Further to my earlier comment, it seems that by 1932 the competition had changed its name to "Miss Universe", (unconnected to the modern-day Miss Universe contest).
A photo of Ms Keriman in a 1930s magazine article on this attachment refers to her as "Miss Universe"....
