    Prime Minster James Ramsay MacDonald addresses his comments to General (or is it Colonel) Seely - he is discussing the Debt Conversion scheme. He is trying to be conversational but is reading from his papers.

    C/U Ramsay MacDonald, who having given up his papers now speaks more fluently. He appeals to people to convert bonds to help the Government out of its debt crisis. He says that what is at stake is "no less than the hope of a revival of prosperity in this Country."
