Arthur Henderson makes speech opening first World Disarmament Conference in Geneva
Full title reads: "Geneva. Disarmament? Whilst China & Japan are fighting 'tooth & nail', Mr Henderson opens first World Conference on Disarmament - sixty Governments being represented."
