    L/S of house built near ruins. Various shots of elderly man, John Prettijohn, walking towards house, his sister comes out to greet him. John goes into shed carrying coil of rope, he comes out carrying model of schooner he has made. His sister brings him a cup of tea.

    Various shots of John wandering around ruins of village. He looks around his former family home, he leans against a wall and looks out to sea wistfully.
