    The Lord Mayor of London seen here is Sir William Dunn, (he also features in Pathe clip 1860.15).

    Given that we know this is the the Mayor of London, surely he wouldn't be decorating a soldier in Brockley, Suffolk, as the shots list currently states?

    I think instead it must certainly be the London district of Brockley, which covers SE4 and SE14.

    I've had no luck tracking down who "Sergeant North" is exactly.
