De Gaulle gives speech to press and crowds (including WW1 veterans holding regimental and national flags). Good C/U travel shot cheering crowd as De Gaulle walks amongst them. Various C/Us memorial.

    Date on old records is 18/06/1946. According to paperwork General Koenig and other officials of De Gaulle's London cabinet (including Maurice Shuman) are also present.
